i think its different.

being manager of the NT or u21 is more complicated than managing our own team. mistake in NT is not acceptable because it will affect the remainder status in the tournament. and my example is our standing in the previous u21 which we were disqualified due to higher quotient of the other country. if we avoided the same mistake again we can compete in the final 4. im not blaming the previous coach.. i have a lot of respect on him especially creating a strong team to compete in the tournament.

thank you for handling our u21 intendis. if i win the election hope i can surpass our previous standing... good luck ^_^

it is not only the coach that needed concern in the team but also the managers who handles and trains the individual players

we also need a lot of hardworking scouts and dedicated staffs to rightfully train our NT players

yeah...

look at what the Chinese are doing. look at players in chinese NT now. full of 18 y/o MVP and HOF. is that from team that will be banned in the future or from bot team? they put it in NT so that if ever the team disbanded the player will be in TL and will be monitored.

hope our GM or NT coach is like that also.

how many active teams do we have now? I think we should act asap.....a rich program for our NT like that of the Chinese NT which is I think one of the successful country in producing quality players for their NT with their u21 as world champs and the senior won the asian championships

sa nakikita ko lang at obserbasyon sa NT natin eh yung mga players natin wla dito sa pinas kasi di na afford ng nag tititrain especially kung nasa div III or lower. pag nabili ng isang foreign team eh hindi na tinitrain kaya sa tingin ko isa ito sa dapat patuonan ng pansin

pareng krunch nasa likod mo lang ako.sabihin mo lang kung ano ang ipapagawa mo sa akin kung sakaling manalo ka... :L)
