You're forgetting all the cheating possibilities: farming, swapping training, blah blah blah...

I'm clearly not saying that cheating is good, but as of now sooner or later we catch cheaters. With the second team being official, it gives us even more informatio and chances to catch them. With coded rules that would bloke them to make most of the actual cheating, if there is people ready to cheat through that second, that will be marginal. And in the meantime, they will bring money to BB while risking to lost their two teams and not get back their money. The effect of those possible cheaters should be borderline meaningless, especially in comparison on the possible money contribution.

I do not think so this leads lots of way to cheat.For example
"Player A" - Main Team is"X" Secondary Team "Y"
"Player B" - Main Team is "T" Secondary Team "G"

Player A and B deal each other to boost their main teams Player B bids from Team G to Team X , Player A bids from Team Y to Team T...money transfer! without harm their main teams.

And this can be do with three,four... people.Do not tell me we can catch them all sooner or later it can not that easy to catch people who does this not that goofy.

I think a blockade of purchasing players from the original country is enough.

At the moment, it's called cheating. However, if this were to go through as some suggest, it wouldn't be cheating, just normal strategy. There would be no way to prevent people from doing what is currently cheating because you can't stop people from buying and selling players to each other. Sure the price guideline is there but everyone knows that doesn't prevent people. Some people just get "bargains" and others just get "ripped off" (or cheat).

The only way to do it without all that is to create another system entirely, basically a new game, which would probably a lot of extra work for the BBs.

This being said, I would definitely be up for it. I'd love to have a team that plays only against active managers.

I think having a second team in a new 'Utopia' country would be a fantastic addition to the game.
This way, I could try my plan of having a 100% homegrown team.
It's too late to do that with my current team.

1. The focus should not be NT teams but on the experience for the rest of us. Supposedly there are already many farm teams and cheaters anyway.

2. I would much prefer playing against experimental strategies than bots. Close to half the teams in Div. 1 in India are bots now.

I haven't read all of the posts but I think I've got an impression. I voted "Yes" because I think it might make the game a bit more versatile and I can still remember that I was very tempted to get a second team in Barbados & Co. when I started playing this game and got very addicted. So implementing a legal option to do so would be a nice move (even though right now I probably wouldn't even use it because of not having as much time at hand as 4 years ago).

If we get a "Utopia"-Country, we could either make it a real country with a U21/NT or if the other option is included and we join other countries (and are not allowed to join our home country), we should definitely implement one feature that not only prevents the 2 teams to buy/ sell players between the teams but also - in order to prevent farming a little bit more - not allowing the 2nd team to acquire and train players from your home country. That would at least make it a bit harder for the farming teams.

And I'd like a 3rd option if the 2nd team is implemented: to be able to assign one of your HoFers as the new Manager of the team or something alike. I'd really like that - and something alike has (in a different context I think) already been suggested.

Anyway - great that such a big discussion is going on and so many people participate. There's still hope that BB will not go extinct
