The issue isn't as much reading carefully as your general tone. You respond to posters in a condescending manner quite often. Additionally, if you say you have no inside information once in a thread, but berate other users for their opinions 10 times, it lessens the impact of your disclaimer.

You, as well as everyone else around, are welcome to your opinion.

But only as long as it doesnt conflict with yours!

I can't do much about it if it does, can I?

I think that every person in this game, should be sent a Mailer, Asking them to Vote whether they like this New system,...or the Old System,...

The Customer is Always right,...

Seems like too many customers are complaining about this New System,..

And i would be one of those,...

I shouldn't have to bid on Staff,...that in of itself makes this Change a Joke,...

You don't have to bid on staff. Period.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

this is for me the best comment i ever read here.

well maybe its a way of saying contract offer bonus if they go to you.

but as it goes those who have the money have it all :D

now with the slow in training it makes the level 6 and 7 more demanding.

how can you make it work right??

guess the world is only for winners :D

I Don't? meaning what exactly? that I can Choose to just Keep replacing my Staff with Level ones?

The "Period" is Missleading,...

You mean I can Obtain a staff member without Bidding?

I have a Level 4 trainer right now,..I want to upgrade to a level 5,... I have been Bidding on a Level 5 TrainerFor Over a week,... and everytime, someone has Over Bid on the guy,... and i have to abandon him, and move on to the next one...

This hurt me Thursday, cause i wanted my New trainer in place for the Friday Training,...

What better way to Move up in leagues than to have a better trainer, I had the Level 4 trainer from the time it was implemented last season,...

So Let me rephrase the statement I made,...

I should not have to COMPETE with anyone to buy staff,....

If I Buy a Staff member, and you want to Increase his salery in those increments, to Force us to turnover staff,...that is fine,... here is what is BS...

I have a Level 4 Trainer,... making $13,898

to Change Staff members, I have to Pay this Guy another $13898, then,.. what ever I have to "BID" on a level 5 trainer,... So far,... I have bidded on 5 different level 5 guys,... I abandoned everyone of them,... cause I am not Paying over $50,000 to a guy, who is going to make19000+ a WEEK.

So,..

$13898 + $50,000+ + $19,000

By the time it is all said and done,... I will have spent close to $100,000 for a Level 5 trainer, who is gonna make $19000 a week,...

Yeah,... that makes sence,...

I tell you what the Problem is,... who ever Wrote the Code for this STUPID Change, is Upset that the MAJORITY of players Hate this system,... and his feeling are evidently hurt, cause he spent all that time Writing the Code, and implementing the code,...

When the MAJORITY want the OLD Code Put back in,...

Sometimes,... Stuff don't work,... and you have to Own up to it,... not make everyone suffer cause of how long someone worked on the code,....

Get rid of this System,... and Implement the Old system,... it was Waaay more fair,...

So by that same logic, let's say you have a C being paid $10k a week. You look on the transfer list for a better player, and let's say you have to pay about $2m for a C paid $20k a week.

So you've just paid $2m for someone who's going to get paid $10k a week more. It doesn't make sense in itself, but you have to look at the other effects - in this case, more chances of winning games, more home fans, more home revenue, more chance of being promoted which brings more revenue, etc etc. By the time you factor all these things in, this player will probably give back all the investment in a couple of seasons.

In your example, the higher level trainer will mean that your trainees train faster, which means that when you come to sell some/all of them, they will sell for more, sometimes substantially more depending on what skill set they have. In the meantime, you get to use those players in games, and because they have trained faster you have more chance of winning games, more home fans, more home revenue, more chance of being promoted etc etc. Factor all this in and the $100k investment pales into insignificance.

I guess you are about the only one upset here. The Majority of players? I guess about 40 people out of about 40.000 managers did react in this topic, and you state that's the Majority?

Do you think it's normal to have top class trainers in the lowest leagues? I don't think Phil Jackson will ever train a 4th division Dutch Basketball team.
