I've noticed last night all the home teams won. HCA is a big advantage and could very well be the determining factor in these playoffs and playdowns, because most of the teams are so close to eachother in terms of strength.
For me, it was a very close and thrilling game against Paros Bulls - as expected - but i'm happy with the way my team performed in "money time" against one of the most difficult teams to beat in the BBBL.

Well.. that was a pretty bad risk to take.
ychonodou played 17 out of 22 games inside this season and he only won 1 out of his 5 other games. I was not really comfortable with my current game shape, so I had to try and take a risk. I know 2-3 zone isn't that great to play, but I tested this in my last game against Eagles, and it worked out pretty fine imo. Luckily I still won the game.

Joe,

I agree with what you said before. Playing a 2-3 zone defense is almost always a bad idea, no matter the tactic of the opponent. With a 2-3 zone you are giving away a lot of outside space to your opponent, and in most cases it's deadly because your opponent can build up pressure or build his attack in a structured way from the outside.

And even with average or even mediocre jump shooters the opposing team can rack up quite a number of 3-pointers.

Joe,

I am not angry with you, but i do find it sad that you put your cards on the table even before playing the game. You are giving a big advantage to Kelmis for the finals like this. But hey, it is what it is, i guess... Unfortunately, there is nothing i can do about it.

Joe made it clear since the very beginning of the season that he'd not go all the way. He wanted to avoid play-downs next season (and believe me he'll also avoid them the next one).

I also lost this game to him : [link=105988771] by fielding my most terribad player so that his player could hold the whole game. Needless to say, it did cost me the game. If you remember how tight the regular season went for both of us, one more win would have saved me a lot of sweat.

But that's right, I'm saving TS whereas you're probably not, and it's giving me an edge. My C out until the end of the season is giving you one. Nothing I could do about it either (have a L6 doctor).

So, much more difficult than expected for Eagles but we have the final we all awaited... Eagle probably got really anxious when he saw Eyckerman get injured but at the end all is fine.

Transmission continues to overperform and who knows what can happen on Tuesday?

As for me as I said, I did not want to risk a 3rd game... I asked myself what I would do if I were Falco and the answer was 3-2 and play inside so LP and GDP was the way to go, not that I had anything to risk

@Dartreb, I may be wrong but I think what really counts is why doc level you had when your player got injured and hiring a new staff does not do much. And back then you only had 3... But please correct me if I am wrong.
