First of all we could have beaten croatia as well but we had our best player injured and that game wad basically a test. So drawing conclusions based on how we are treating this season lens itself to incongruent conclusions.
I keep reading about gdp. The downside of being a top rated user in your country provides a big sample size of tactical prefference. I wont peovide insight as to what i think my preferences are as we shall meet again soon, but keep in mind that gdp is contextual. And roster evaluation is the most subjective part of the game.
At lwast for this game i decided ct is more than enough. Even if you played LI/LP. Inwas confident thst without partial gdp on your side you would not beat us. Worst case scenario is that your coach played conservstively, which is understandable, and was a victim of circumstance. If this was the 3rd gsme of the campaign this would have been a tie from us and an easy win foe you.
For lesser users take note thst the threat of gdp is bigger than gdp itself if you have a unbqlqnced team and lose more strength by goimg with your second offense instead of losing out 7 8 p w gdp.Your roster is versatile but no offense, no one is scared of your motion/rng.
Last element of circumstance, rating. We hqve a poor rating as 2 seasons ago we were hit w bad luck and ct at random. Destroywd our campaign as other factors piled on. And in consolation we had a bad loss which derailed our rank.
I do think strengthwise we are average 3rd team in euro qually withittle chance to qualify. It s just bad timing to encounter us in a situation where CT was basically a free gift.
I am confident we will win out but i am pesimistic about getting 2nd place due to scoring margin.
