Salary formula should be changed not just to reduce salaries. But I also agree with Joe, there are too many top players and teams should can afford more than one of them. I totally disagree that a D.II team can afford a player with more than 150k, some teams have players with huge salaries but you cannot afford them in a long term

Recent changes have been made to help spread NT players across teams instead of having some BBB contenders having five of them. Reducing top players salaries will make this problem even worse.

How?? Currently market is so much ill, because e.g. prices for top players are so low that allow to buy 5 top players by random guy and build "one-season" very strong team without bigger effort. Lower salaries of top players means higher purchase prices. Top players should cost top prices. You shouldn't be able to afford to buy top quality 5 players.

BB should also encourage to train as good players as it possible, because progress has to mean development, to allow to cross limits, to make more variety of levels, to increase level of this game. Top training should be always more beneficial than lower quality training. Currently lower quality training is more beneficial than top training. How you can defend such stupidity?

You just have to set your priorities right.

As for the new merchandise income, I think it makes perfect sense compared to real life, but wouldn't it increase the gap between big and small teams (like in real life)?

Let's take the 25% suggested by some people: My top player has a salary of 204k. I would make more than 700k this season (on top of the 200k+ merchandise income I already get every week). The worst team in my league would only earn an additional 40k. And he still has to pay the salary floor.

With the exhaustion implemented in league games this season it is impossible to have a roster like yours. Especially in a country like Greece, France etc.

Let me rephrase, it is impossible to have a 200k player unless he is a NT player of your country (foreigners dont give much merchandise income). But there are 12-15 NT players, how possible is to have one of them? The easiest way is to train him of caurse, but still not easy. This is why I said it is impossible for a D.2 team to have a 200k player in a long term (over a season).

And dont forget, our teams should make some profit. How can you afford a non-homegrown NT player with a salary over 150k and still be profitable?
