Happened to me twice as well
However, 19 yr old players come higher skilled these days

True. I just need another 100 points to scout them :D
Didnt have as much as you would have thought because I really didnt have any money when competing so couldnt afford to spend it on draft

4* potential is superstar potential maximum. I'd take 3* skill and 5* potential over 5* skill and 4*potential, especially if you could find a Forward or tall PG or short C, etc.

Personal preference I guess.

True. Problem is: there is tons of 18yo with 5 balls in skills, so tons of points went of socuting them. All of them turned out to be 3 balls or less. So cant really scout all the ones with 3* skill.

Plus, I think in that case 5* 5*potential 19yo is better optin ;) (need to find one though)

edit: I am done. Spent 80 scouting points already, Best I got for it is 4 skill potential and skills 18yo (checked all 5 and 4 ball skill 18yo for potential + all 5 ball 19yo (minus 4-5 that I wasnt able to scout because of lack of points so I still dont know what their skill level is).

Crappiest draft ever

Probably. But with 4* potential you have a 50% shot at superstar potential, and a 5* skill superstar would often be good enough to make senior NT. I agree that I'd probably roll the dice on the highest potential though.

@Damian I forgot all about the update to 19 year olds being viable now. 5* skill and potential 19 y/o can be really good it seems.

Yeah, for example Jason Colesby is really good, still. Not enough points to scout all 19yo after I got through all 18yo

I'm just glad I'm not the road team here. Really not liking my whole cup draw. Oh well, I'm thankful to have not had injuries yet and have HCA here.
