I would give him JR,PS,IS on rotational training.

I have planned his training for 5 seasons in advance, but I changed that plan just beacuse of U21. What a fool I was.

This and next season I'm rotating JR, OD and PA and next two seasons IS only.

Coach can remove one player every week without ent loss and it is actually taking place because when you check squad more carefully you will see that there are changes in our roster.
And i told you that he will play only when he improve passing at least to 12-13. He is still missing it.
And the last this season we have over 15 players that are very close to u21 roster so he must not only get satisfactional skill lvl but also beat other players. And i also mentioned that you can contact our NT and focus on this training.

By the way the training he received wasn't far away of your plans.

Widzę, że pod moją nieobecność zrobiło się gorąco;)

Co do 25-latka, to nie mam pojęcia jak wyglądał kontakt (lub nie) z trenerem U21... nawet nie wiem kto nim był:)

W drugiej sprawie odpisał już skaut... Jędrzej cały czas pozostawał i pozostaje w kręgu moich zainteresowań, ale w tym roku naprawdę trudno przebić się do osiemnastki reprezentacyjnej... grają póki co po prostu lepsi. A to REPREZENTACJA POLSKI... czyli w tym sezonie śmiem twierdzi zespół pierwszej trójki na świecie - nie jest łatwo się dostać do takiego składu. Szkoda, że właściciel nie napisał do mnie - wyjaśniłbym mu co i jak... teraz też to zrobię, ale to trochę musztarda po obiedzie;))


Niestety męczą nas kontuzje:(( Wielkim ciosem w tym tygodniu pech Kornela Slominskiego... w sezonie, w którym jesteśmy sporo silniejsi niż rok temu dopadają nas co chwilę jakieś nieszczęścia - trzy kontuzje czołowych zawodników (wszystkie trwają aktualnie) + wypadnięcie z kręgu zainteresowań Reizera + olewanie mnie (i formy zawodnika) przez właściciela najlepszego naszego zawodnika - Dymitra Mękala...

Jak się ogarnę po powrocie, to odpiszę na maile...

Ps2. Asta, zerknąłeś może w to, co kiedyś wysłałem? Dużo do poprawki tam, ale daj znać w którą stronę to widzisz - jako fachowiec w tej sprawie!

Czy mogę prosić jako trener kadry POLSKI o wytłumaczenie tej opinii? Czy pisałeś do mnie lub do moich skautów i nie dostałeś odpowiedzi? Rozumiem, że jako POLAK masz podstawy do podkopywania pozycji i odbioru naszej Kadry w świecie... chciałbym je poznać i postarać się zaradzić temu, o czym rozgłaszasz na cały świat. Nie muszę pisać, że nie ułatwia to pracy z kadrą. Jeżeli masz zarzuty względem któregoś z aktualnych skautów, chcę je poznać - jako ich "szef"...

Aktualnie i tak to może być trochę mało...

... jak widać właściciel dostał informację i wsparcie od skauta, który od sezonów wykonuje naprawdę świetnie swoją pracę.

Sorry but that is just not true. If you fire a player, you experience a enth loss of about 1. If you play TIE all the time, loss of 1 should be recovered in one week or most two weeks, but in the later rounds enthusiasm counts the most (even more than game shape), so I cannot fathom how a U21 coach can fire playes during competitive season. Well he can, if he wants to lose...

I wanted to train PA to max 11 this season so Jedrzej keeps low salary. I was willing to train it to 13 for your U21. Luckily I found out early enough that he is not part of U21's plans. I thik it would be fair of you to tell me that. With PA 13 or 14, do you know what would happen? I'd be training Jedrzej on C position for next two seasons with 35k salary instead of 20k planned, and he wouldn't even enter your U21. This would mean I give away 15k x 28 weeks for nothing. Yeah, I don't think such actions encourage people to train for your NT.
