Ok, I have been playing for a few seasons now and trying to do this on my own. But I have decided to ask for some help/suggestions.

I am ready to retool my lineup/training. Have been really training a little of everyone and have some nice players.

But have been consistently mediocre of late....

I have recently spent money and upgraded all of my staff to 4 or 5. Just finished my arena to 8000. I spend alot of money on scouting and it looks like it will pay off as I look at what I may get. I look at every match-up I have and set my offense and defense based on their typical set-up and best positions. I also get a scrimmage every week and get all of my players 48 mins so they all get full training.

I have done pretty well since joining this game. I would however still like to get some advice or mentoring. It can't help to get better or know more. Someone please help. Thank You.

I also feel like I could mentor some people in lower divisions. As I am soon to start my 3rd season and I believe I will be in div. 3 depending on people quitting and if not will be a 1 or 2 in my Div. 4.

Hello everyone. I just completed my first season and am looking for some help with rebuilding my team for the tougher division. I got some decent players in the draft and have already fired a few low potential/low-skilled players from last season.

The thing I am looking for the most help with is a training regime. Just wondering which areas I should focus on first. Also on other things such as arena expansion, ticket prices, etc. If anyone is interested in helping me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

We are looking pretty Good, Based on Team History, we are the best since Season 1, I take credit from Season 7 when I got the team made some Major changes and finished 5th, and managed to dodge Demotion in Season 9. Now I could use a Mentor. Just to help keep things steady. Don't worry, I won't expect you to know everything.

Also I have a Hall of Fame SF who is not improving like he should and I know it's my fault

I learn very quickly and hope to get a handle on the few things I'm not doing right

Best Season Under My Management:
In season 8, MakeShift Hitters were one of the final 512 teams in the USA Tournament
In season 8, MakeShift Hitters finished 5th in league USA IV.46

Best under others:
In season 2, Baxter Springs Amigos were one of the final 512 teams in the USA Tournament
In season 2, Strikers made the semifinals of the playoffs in league USA IV.46
