Actually I'm training JS this season. I didn't expect to be able to buy a Superior coach so cheap this season. Or to be able to afford one so quickly. Kwaiwah's gonna smack me for not investing in my arena again... xD but the last building project still hasn't ended... and 380k was pretty cheap!!! *guilty look*

I have another two trainees training alongside these guys atm... who I will sell off next season when I decide to concentrate on OD and one position train.

The plan for this season is to get Izwan to respectable JS (prob take whole season) then 1 v 1.

Then its OD training to proficient / prom : )

I always used a level 4 trainer with a LOT of results in fact if you can, higher level trainers are better - lapalisse!

I would not recommend a full season of JS at 18. OD speed decreases with the time, so the first thing you should do when starting a training program is to start with boring training of slower skills: OD and JR, in fact. If you train OD at 18 (ask me what I think of 7 weeks of OD, few seasons ago...) you will have an overall benefit, as in a couple of seasons your player's skill will be globally higher compared to JS / 1v1 first. With my Estramin I am not doing the same, but the reason is that I will try to climb to II division, and I need something specific in my team.

In summary, if this program depends on your short term team needs, well, each manager choose at own preference. If your program is to boost a player to international level, better OD / JR this season, most of time, with some JS when training birole.

However, if you want to create a great PG (you have this chance, and I would recommend it!), you need almost no JR, much PA (+2), and in this case some more JS to compensate the lack of JR. But, as I proposed you, if you want to create your own specific training program, we can set it for next two seasons - after deciding whether you want a PG or a SG. I like so!

great.

a fundamental secret to succeed here is to depict a long term (1-2 seasons) training strategy and execute it, whatever happens. The pay back is sure... of course if the strategy is well defined ;)

good luck!

next tuesday no match, so you can consider train his stamina. Or
train 48min each match for handling? OD?

seem you have a lot of time in BB, why don't spend a little bit in translation?
