just like Don Manoah said e mas maganda mag-scout ka ng trainable young player (18 to 23 or 24), tapos bili ka ng staff trainer na at least level 4 or 5 and then saka ka mag-train ng single position which is good for 2 to 3 players a week ang mate-train ng single position kung mag-te-train k ng passing edi hanap ka ng PG na allstar and higher ang potential tapos trainer staff na advance or superior tapos ang ite-train mo lang e passing for PG only

kapag mag train po ba ng player kailangan at least respectable ang gameshape at stamina..para mag pop up agad?

nope.. any level of game shape helps... mababa man or mataas...

pero pagdating ng league/cup game, dun mabe-base ang performance ng player mo
