Frankly you dont have to say sorry......managing the NT is far difficult then managing a simple team in the league. You are just learning your trade(internationally) and you have been far more active than any previous managers I know. You have already done a lot for this community and so has the U21 manager.

For that you have my support and respect.

I just would like you guys to have a more permanent staff. As you and I both know from the past you cant handle such a huge responsibility alone.

Period!!!

For someone that never manage a NT you are going well. May you lost now, but with those lost you learn much and i'm certainly that if you manage to stay some seasons you can help your NT to improve a lot.

Our season ended officially. So I present
Season 21 Report.
1. Report on Games.
#1 vs Iran(13)
My set my first ever lineup as a NT, was little bit sacred. We were playing without Kumar as his gameshape was mediocre, with Soki, Razdan and Nandyal at respectable .Overall team played well and may have won.
#2 vs Japan(53)
Again we were without Kumar. Tried to create a mismatch but Firosh played more than expected and key didn't got enough mins. even with all that we started with 2-9(IND) were in lead since last few seconds, just few seconds were left, I was little happy with heart beating fast, but just then India made 2 offensive fouls one after another leading to
#3 vs Indonesia(60)
Once again we were without Kumar. I went conditional and they completely got me. Even though with a bad start we went to lead in 3rd quarter, but again unluckiness, last few seconds were left, then again foul by us then a three pointer by them, showing us way to the dark end.

#4 vs Australia(08)
Finally kumar was in, but Soki was out with average gs, while Razdan, Platts, Nandyal, Reddy were at respectale. As our inside players were out of form, our id went to worse from bad. But even though there was in the game for India except et. boosting.
#5 vs Vietnam(96)
Only reason I found after deeply analysing it was bad gameshapes and low et. of 4.
#6 vs Thailand(84)
Again bad gameshapes, even Firosh dropped to average. It would have been a tough game with et. of 5 if they wouldn't gave up.
The key player of the season was H. Firosh because of his performance.
And the most consistant player was D.N. Gandhi with a constant gameshape of proficient throughout the season.

2. Report on training.
In the starting youths were on fire to pop but towards the end it didn't continued. Quite disappointed with India's best trainner because maybe my expectations were more, but he knows what he is doing.
Very much happy for Kumar as Prezento is training him in the way NT want and switch training according to requests made. Soon India will have a great attacking pg. Soki capped after getting training of Is for 5 week but not a single pop. A. Gosh went from non trainer manager to an Irish manager but I doubt he'll train him, J.N. Singh is going great and is now the best defender that India had and hope for another Firosh out of him. Shiprit got capped with a pop in ha and showed Reddy exit door. Both of our pf's C. Pande and the hofer are getting trained in outside, the hofer is quite good and his manger asure me that he'll soon turn to inside, while Pande's manager never replied and training od even while it is quite high, maybe he is analysing training speed, as he is going to be 23 it'll be difficult to boost inside later, even his ha, pa, dr is also not done. While other youngster are getting trained at slow rate and majority of their manager show no interest.

There is a team with a 23 year old PF on the NT. Her OD is strong already. Is this enough for a PF? Is high OD required for a PF?

Hmm depends on the level of competition on that league. But IMO if a PF has strong OD then that's sufficient. Not many bigmen have good JS and JR anyways.

Strong is fine but proficient will be cool.
