Runs home:
Awesome^.-
Big Black Wang (7th) A
Juxtaposit (6th) H
Branny (2nd) A
Iron Men BC (8th) A
Sundae has an easy run home in terms of pointing big wins on the board, despite 3 of the final 4 being played away from home. The one massive blip on the radar is Branny away from home. Extremely big clash to come next Tuesday.
Moorditj Magick
Hansbroughs Hurricanes (8th) A
Statesmans (6th) A
Maltese Falcons (5th) H
GoldCoastSH (3rd) H
It is hard to see Magick losing any of these games with the way they have dominated. GoldCoastSH appear the hardest, although Magick have HCA, plus GCSH have had a hard time managing GS with only 8 players.
Skyhook Dreamers
South Brisbane Vultures (5th) A
Hard Ball Gets (7th) A
Gisborne Gladiators (2nd) H
Tilley Thunder (3rd) A
The Dreamers run home is in no way ideal, they have to face an SBV side which have been building slowing this season and have gained some real momentum. Add on top of that the factor that SBV need wins to secure a playoff spot as they are significantly behind the Hippos in PD, ohh and did i mention.... it's away! They then have the 2nd place Gladiators who have won 12 straight league games, having not lost since the Dreamers defeated them earlier in the season. Ohh and to make it worst they have the 3rd placed Thunder who can prove a real danger if underestimated, also away. The Dreamers will be hoping that Awesome^.- will drop a game as their only way of getting close to the top.
Melbourne Demons
A-Team (2nd) A
Eggplantpopolopolous (6th) H
Parkwood Panthers (4th) A
Mitcham Tigers (3rd) H
Like the Dreamers, the Demons have a tough run home playing all the other playoff teams in their conference. Their saving grace may be that A-Team and Tigers are clear of eachother and cannot really move up or down, thus could TIE their way to the playoffs to give themselves the best enthusiasm for a massive conference Semi. Meanwhile the Panthers and Eggplants could prove more difficult as they both will be looking for wins, the Panthers to secure 4th, and the Eggplants to climb into 5th and avoid a relegation series.
the tornado
Pittura Rosso (2nd) A
Zhou Team (7th) H
Semi Pro (3rd) A
Adelaide Cats (6th) A
The tornado have to travel for 3 out of their last 4 games, and have some big matches to come. Pittura Rosso may look to flex some muscle before playoffs on their home court, while games against team in the relegation spots can also prove quite problematic, as the Cats are only 1 win from 5th. Then a match with Semi Pro thrown into the mix to watch out for.
The Players
DoMinaToRRS (6th) H
Hammertime (4th) H
Blue Wolves (2nd) A
The Bearded Clams (5th) H
The Players end with 3 home games and may only be challenged by the Blue Wolves away from home in round 21. I am surprised that the Players haven't dominated this division more as it looks to be one of the weakest. But i supposed they may be keeping something back for their return to div II. If the Players can get past the Wolves they should walk a title in.
Fresh Princes
Dellas Stars (4th) A
Drunken Wombats (5th) H
Vanilla Thunder (2nd) A
McWinners (3rd) A
The Fresh Princes have the worst possible run home playing 5th,4th,3rd and 2nd, with 3 of those games being in enemy territory. Although the conference on a whole looks week so the run home may not be as difficult as it looks. Only time will tell.
The Meateors
MG Lakers (6th) H
#SONICS# (8th) A
Flayling Fannypax (7th) H
Melbouren ballers (3rd) A
An easy run home for the Meateors with the only game of concern being the last one against the Ballers away from home. However the Meateors have by no means dominated the division, so there may be an upset yet.
