IF we are worried about the SF spot, partial blank with Tsunami Oishi 2 deep and leave the 3rd spot open or put in Ueda or Asano there.
I am getting the feeling that these rants are about Tsunami's lack of playing time. I was actually enjoying this thread this season because it didn't have a bunch of , MY PLAYER THIS and MY PLAYER THAT...Now it has reverted back to that a bit.
I thought we were talking about blanks and the need/not need for rebounding at the SF spots.
So I will get back on those points...
I only blank in games I know I will win...
BB3, I have only faced 1 blank line up in my 7 games and that game I won.
last season you said everyone in the BB3 ran blanks. I have not seen that so far.
OD and REBOUNDING at the SF spot.
I would rather have a 12 OD and a 15 REB over a 15 OD 11 REB at the SF spot....If they change the GE to where people will start to train JS/JR or run outside O....then I would re-think my opinion.
King Drive Ballers was selling his SF after his BB3 run last season and his SF had 11 OD, 15 IS/ID/REB and he had 11 REB at the SG spot to go along with two 18's at PF/C. I read that and I copyied it for this season...exept I only have 9 REB at the SG but two 19's at PF/C.....and it has done me good so far. It has let me keep my salary down and even win over half of my BB3 games. I do know this, the possession after an OREB is juiced(better % of it going in) and they lead to tip ins which = easy buckets or fouls. This is what a lot of teams are doing. The reason is not to many people have 12+ ID at the SF spot if they have a PG/SF there. And the mismatch of a 15 IS on a 9 ID while running LI is much better than a 15 JS 12 JR hitting a three while running LI. And 99% of people run LI.
