I was scouting the drafts and I just finished IPBL and first round of II.1, but just got my internet pack finished, can you please finish rest(upto II.4) with your super fast 3G ?

i will try but i cannot guarantee you that i will be able to scout them all cuz i have my college exams in a week's time so i am a little short of time

I briefly went through all the rookies in IPBL teams (I can't see the skills though obviously), and I agree, this season's draft sucks :(
