After all my "disappointing posts", one "suggestion" post, about roster composition:

12 defined player, everyone with all 1 at every skill and 25 (the half between 18 and 32) years. [optionally: Possibility to choose name (supporters) (both kind of players)]
Every player has X skillpoints (to be defined, for example 40) which have to be used.

related to Age, there is a limit to maximum level of a single skill
Example:
18--->max 7 in a single skill
19---> max 8
20--->max 9
21--->max 10
22 to 25--->max 11
26 to 28---> max 12
28 or more---> max 13
Every +1 in age increases X by something (1?/2? more?)
Every -1 decreases X by something (1?/2? more?)

Height is setted random, but you can spend something of the X skills (to be defined) to change it in an admitted value.
Or, better, you can simply edit height you want.
You can also choiche potential, with this example table
0 - Free
1 - you will receive 5 skillpoint
2 - you will receive 4 skillpoint
3 - you will receive 3 skillpoint
4 - you will receive 2 skillpoint
5 - you will receive 1 skillpoint
6 - Free
7 - it costs 1 skillpoint
8 - it costs 3 skillpoint
9 - it costs 5 skillpoint
10 - it costs 10 skillpoint
11 - it costs 20 skillpoint

so we can also increase the "skill" of this kind of elite management which will ask for 2nd team.

I will treat it super "competitivly"!!! Why woudln't managers treat it that way when like 1000 teams or 500 or w/e are all starting from 0 all at the same time.

i am looking for a good reason to take part, but you do not give me any good one already, because this only means that Marin will have more work with the same resources and without solving any of the problems BB has, we are only adding a new league so we are adding more problems but it is the only feature that means money for BB. The rest of problems would require solutions without earning a buck

If having the opportunity to compete in arguably the most competitive nation BB has to offer from a completely even starting point (and the ability to tell people who might complain that you're only successful since you've been here since season 4 to meet you in Utopia and prove their mettle) doesn't interest you, then it doesn't interest you. I'm still not sure how a $40 annual subscription fee for supporter can be considered development resources for BB but somehow the $10 annual subscription fee for MettaPeaceLand doesn't increase resources at all and is merely a cash grab, but considering the number of changes in recent seasons it's hardly fair to say they're only going to focus on things to bring in more money. Feel free to have your own perspective on the facts, but please try to refrain from inventing your own.

This is, for me, a "sop". And i repeat it. Why? Because "supporter" doesn't have double fun with his package, simply can control more aspects of the game (bookmarks, live update at top of the page during matchdays, numbers and logo and avatar and search in forum, polls, smileys). 2nd team, at least in consideration during the poll post, give the chance to double the fun, it seems. Or, as i underlines, double the stress ;). In my mind 2nd team may be priority instead of supporter package, and some actions (give supporter for free if you buy 2nd team and have supporter = if you pay me 10$ i give you 40$, at least actually) done by BB's are close to my opinion (pushing 2nd team than supporter) than to "elite" idea. IMO.

Would you prefer that they just increase the price of Supporter by $10 and then only supporters have access to the second team? The business case is simple: here's what you get for your $40. If you find it compelling or simply wish to support the development and maintenance of the site, great, purchase supporter. If not, you don't. The second team feature is something that is essentially financing the creation and maintenance of a new BB nation, allowing legalized second teams and if that's a compelling feature, you purchase it; if not, don't.

If you feel cheated because you're not given something more than you've agreed to pay for, then you probably should not have felt what you paid for was worthy of purchasing in the first place. Would it be nice to get bonus features? Sure! But if you're buying a service and you get what you paid for, it's just unseemly to complain about being asked to pay a premium for an additional tier of service.

Sort of like the skill point purchase character generation system in some RPG systems (I know KOTOR had that, for example). I like the concept - I think it would need some work so that, for example, everyone couldn't just boost their guards to the highest useful potential by killing RB/JR/SB and maybe HN because they don't want the first three and the HN trains so quick on so many things. But it's an intriguing suggestion that could definitely be worth exploring.

I am not often on here to give my opinion (cause everyone already has one), but who cares about the name? I mean, Utopia is just a name. I don't specificly like my real name. But hey, I can always say that it was given to me...

I kinda like the idea of an international league myself. Not sure if I will go for it... but the option is kind of appealing to me. For people in a small country (Holland is kinda small) it is a nice opportunity to compete in a large league, cause not everyone has the luxury of a large group of active managers in their country. Ofcourse it may cause for some extra problems, but I am sure those can be fixed along the way. I also think it will be interesting for people who are relatively new to the game, or jumped in later. The option to manage a second team is just a nice way to be able to start from scratch with the knowledge one has gotten and compete with active managers from all over the world... a GBA (Global BuzzerBeater Association)!! I really can't see what is not to like about that. I think eventually (if there will actually be as many active members who'd join (as I'd expect)), people might even like their team in "Utopia" better than their original one. Simply cause it will be far more challenging to get to the top (and stay there).

The paying issue for supporter... don't really have an opinion on that. Ofcourse $10 might be a bit expensive for some people. But I do think it is fair to have both supporters and non-supporters pay for it. Only thing is... there won't be any active managers who don't have the money for it and it would be a shame to not have them on board, cause that would make it challengingerest!!!!!

Please, every season, some manager will go for their tenth season played. So what? You change them from their league to this new one? How would you fill this vacant place from original league?

I appreciate BB work and GM answear to mostly post even if you are aggressive. Just stay home if you don't get any proposition to do except this one.
