If we didn't create a few of these level 6 and 7 staff members, we believe it would have been very difficult for smaller teams to have an opportunity to buy level 4 and 5 staff.

There are only 55 trainers of level 5 or higher on the market. It will be difficult to get one of them anyway. I'm glad I had a level 10 trainer before the change, I'll keep it unless the salary rise will make it too expensive... I'm glad I'm not starting right now...

Sincerely
Giuseppe

we don't believe in the long run this takes money out of the system

I disagree because this change makes the specialists more expensive than the previous one; I've to hire my lvl 5 coach because he earns a lot of money: first I've lost the bonus you're giving me today (that is 10k all included) second if I will have to buy a new lvl 5 coach I'm quite sure that no one bid will finish with 1k paid.
Honestly I thought you did this change to make the specialists system more fun but also to reduce a little bit the incomes if you thought that the system will be in balance with this change I'm quite worried because it will be in the long run that this system will be more expensive than the previous one, exactly the opposite that you've written, of course imho

Anyway I like your idea, but as I had already written you, pls don't change often the economic system otherwise it will be hard to make a long term strategy, I'm sure that the market is not exciting now simply because people doesn't want to undersell the players comparing the prices to the last season, when there will be the new salaries people will have to sell and the market should reach the "correct" break even point ;)

Could we get an official comment on;

Can a lvl 6/7 trainer successfully help players that are close to their potential gain skill ups more easily than weaker coaches... we know all players slow down dramatically upon reaching their caps... does the increased trainer skill make any difference?

Then the large costs could definitely be justified and adding these 'top tier coaches' would definitely be an interesting addition.

New staff members are introduced every day, all at one time. Their auctions are set-up to end at various times of day, several days in the future.

Whether a player is over their potential cap or not, their training pace will be increased if they are working with a higher level trainer. There is nothing special about a level 6 trainer, he is simply a bit more effective than a level 5, and a bit less than a level 7.
