Nice player, but pity about the JS and JR. I would train OD up a fair bit. And perhaps just get every skill other than JS, JR, SB, Stamina and Freethrows up to Strong.

Right now just looking for some time to get my 2nd trainee to prominent ID. He's pretty close to popping to strong so it should only take me 5 weeks or so.

Hey Vito

You have pretty decent trainees.
For the moment, the first two have salaries of about 10K (maybe slightly below) and third one about 30K. At the beginning of the next season not even the third one could qualify for U21 (and he'll be 20). If you keep training his inside skills for the rest of this season, maybe he'll meet the minimum requirements in that area, but his other skills are still lacking. You still need average (or mediocre) handling and passing. So if you're interested in a lower salary I recommend you get 1 or 2 more pops (or none) on his inside skills (if you have a good trainer, and he pops once per week) and then go with some handling or passing training. At this point the next pop on his inside skills (except SB) will have a salary increase of about 3-4K. The next one about 5-6K, and so on. Training his other skills (which are necessary as well) will have an insignificant salary increase. Go with what you feel it best for your current situation.

This is my main trainee:

Weekly salary: $ 6 001

DMI: 122100
Age: 18
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: average Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: inept Handling: mediocre
Driving: average Passing: average
Inside Shot: proficient ↑ Inside Def.: proficient
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: average Free Throw: average

One position training with a lvl.6 trainer. For the next 3 weeks I'll still train his inside skills (should still get a pop per week), and the last week of this season, it'll be JS (maybe he'll pop in both JS and JR; last time I trained JS, he poped in 3 skills that week). I also need to cram some OD, HN and more JS.
I also aim to make him a good U21 player.

What position is that player??

If its an SG, very bad choice. SG should have Jump Shot, Jump Range. And Inside shot/defense/ And pretty good driving.(My opinion)

I have to admit, I like the inside shot, rebounding, and inside defense;]

SG have a better chance on hitting Buzzer:] (Since they take most of the shots on TO,Position)

Im guessing its an Center(By the Height)

I like that player. Mostly the IS,Inside Def, and rebounding...(Well, if i were you.. I'd get rid on that player) Look at his salary compare to the stats.

Do you think its worth it? If you ask me, I dont think it is. 28,168$ Per week.

Now look at his stats, IS=ID=Rebounding=Pretty good. But what about FT,Driving, Passing and others? I think they're pretty bad.

Well, I've think you got this answered, I dont check forums often. So i hope this helps. If it doesnt, well i've tried;]
