Any thoughts on who will be selected for the respective AllStar teams and who the contenders are for MVP?

JW might just get 4 of his starting 5 into the weaker Big 8 conference team.

How does he manage to stay financial in Div 2 with 4 x 100K or so or plus players?

From what I can remember of previous seasons he is generally fighting for promotion, so its not as though he has been tanking

Haha I don't think I could tank a whole season... Which is probably why I still haven't promoted! :|
My bench isn't very strong and I don't have much depth. I'm lucky that arena is bringing in money to keep me afloat and the new tax hasn't affected me for some reason. XD
Definitely think my guards will start again this all star! But I've seen funny things happen in the past, cup games usually means my best guys play less league games.

The top 3 players by rating are all JW if that means anything.

Ngata or Kahan are my best chances.

Wow he has the 3 best players by ranking and I only have 1 player in the top 20 by rankings.

Cant see me beating him on his home court in a couple of weeks time

Gees hard to believe but the Big 8 won 7 of the 8 games tonight.

Guess the Great 8 players must be saving themselves for the AllStars game.

Just the one all star for me. And he is injured, so not a great deal to look forward to for me. Still, pretty impressive for wayne to be selected at pg, even though he hasn't played that many games.

Injury bug is starting to bite me, with my best two players out now. Lucky I don't have any games for a week I guess...

Your G's are matched up against his for the all star match, so a little sneak peak into what may come.

BTW, great work in this forum for keeping it as active as its been. You should get a +1 just for that.

Very impressive by The Duke to get selected at PG.

Will he still play despite being injured, if so he would be a difficult match up at PG with his inside skills.

Ryder got the 3rd most votes for centre, which surprised me that he would poll so well.

Have Sarstedt, Riviera and Ott running around so will have some interest in the game.

Great 8 to surprise and win.

(any winning margin would be a surprise given the Great 8s form in the cross over games)

It might just come down to game shapes but gees his starting 5 do look tough to beat

Thanks, Im not sure that I would class this arm as being fully "active"

Coach Regan, Matty, Akuma, Stirling Archer and Dude Howdy just to name a few, used to give me hell in II.3

Go the big 8. I guess that settles the stronger conference argument? ;)

And I'm annoyed that Wayne plays in the all star game, but is too injured to play for me X(

You guys found a new way to win.

Must have been someone from the Big 8 who selected the Great 8 team and included Banales & Quigmin.

And what was the good of playing OTT at SF in a Base Offense and also not switching his defensive role with a SF at Centre like what I normally play
