Sige, give way ako sa kanya, magaling naman siya na trainer. Nakamentor ako dati ng all star pot na scorers umabot sa 100tsp pero advanced trainer lang ginamit if i recall. 55-56tsp estimate starting (36538997) at (36538997) They are record holders if u look at our u21 page. Wala pang youth trainer noon. Basta willing trainer ginagawan naman ng paraan based on potential. Obviously ang defense nila hanggang resp id/od because kalaban mo ang cap. We understand the offense but not the excessive ft (stupendous). This jap guy hit 112 before turning 22. World standard na tsp yon at that age. Kaya yung ft's lang naman ang puzzle sa ginawa niya.

Well, hindi siya ang nakakuha kay Suede, twas another Chinese team. I checked the lineup of the team who got him. May China-U21 player siya and some young prospects including an 18 y/o MVP center from Latvia. Sana matrain siya ng maayos. :)

I'm voting for u and hope your adjustment period will be very short. As short as the Taiwan game, first tough game. I think we all need to give you the best chance to succeed and mahirap yon if you don't have unanimous or majoriity support. We have hca this season. It's a luxury you can exploit. Sana lang ayusin ng maigi ang Seniors kasi long term ang planuhan.
Talent talaga ang nagdadala at gs. I hope na i- turnover ni Jeorge sayo yung data.

Salamat po Coach. Naappreciate ko po yun and gagawan ko talaga ng paraan para umangat pa din tayo kahit we will be rebuilding soon. Gagalingan ko and I’ll do my best to adjust all the time sa tournaments ng Pilipinas. Lalaban tayo mga boss!

No prob, you can start by helping us identifying prospects for Senior core. 5 pa lang nakikita ko, just follow the thread the minutes are a bit concerning. You can do it manually by chat. Kulang sa diskarte yung ibang trainers sa minuto. Eventually malalaman mo, sakit ng ulo yang pinasok mo, i'm trying to impart as much as I can to those willing to listen. I also need to focus on other things, Hanap pa ako isang trainee for u21 and Seniors, may training slot pa naman ako. I want to demote this season so i can focus on training and mentoring a few managers na walang exp building a trainee.

Ganda skills ni tenmatay. Good job to his trainer. Moving forward, keep raising the standard. Wag ma kuntento doon build better.

Not really a rebuild coach kasi we have some solid players sa lineup. Nasa prime pa karamihan so we can compete right now. Not at the level lang na pinaplano natin. Hopefully after the project kaya na natin talaga makipag head to head match up sa China & other world heavyweights.

Bukas na results ng election. Goodluck sa candidates and let's connect tomorrow para maumpisahan na agad. 😉

Key kasi na aligned ang u21 sa development with Senior development. High potential picks should not be wasted to make primary u21 players. If we are still doing that wala tayong natutunan before sa mga experience natin. We have new leadership, let us see what they can both do. Malaki responsibility nila, sink or swim lang yan.

You can have some exceptions din. Lower starting Tsp high pot pwede gawing halimaw sa u21 but sayang yung high starting tsp. U21 the most, 2 seasons ang merch boost if they make u21 by 20. Yung Tenmatay na player, i can see him playing till 35.
