and lineup two good players every game, and will porbadly have huge missmatches on position 3 till 5 because of that and the player rating in his games seems like he made mistakes in gs management or motivation management.

if a new manager gets a team assigned to him for example 1st division or 2nd division i doubt he will get all scrubs compare to a manager assigned to a 4th or 5th division team.

They get the same quality of players regardless.

What I would like to know is this- What does the italian community want? Does it want to be the strongest communtiy in the game AND not have other countries catch up? Does it want to continue to be a level ahead so that it can continue to wallow in its own greatness? Or would it prefer to see all communities in BB have the ability and resources and players to compete?

Because if the former is true, then your whining about unfairness is founded and at the same time egregiously hypocritical. If it is the latter, then your whining is without merit.

Salary alone isn't enough to consider finances. Ticket sales and merchandise revenue must also be taken into accout.
If an italian team has a 265k/week payroll (i couldn't find a 300k/week) and brings in 300k it is the same as a team with an 80k/ week payroll who brings in 115k/week.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

I can only speak for myself and I think I made my point here (69634.81).
The economy in big countries is hard(er) and I think it's the main the reason why the number of users of bb is growing so slowly.
I don't have a solution, but I think that the main cause is that a new team created in a big country's diivision V has much lower incomes (attendance, TV contract, merchandising) than a new team created in a small country's division II.
On the other hand I agree that a top team of a small country has the right to be competitive in the B3 and that we should aim at reaching quickly an economical balance also in small countries... and that's why the solution is not trivial :)
