Couldn't the backup system simply be using the MVP writers discretion (as usual), but without the writeup? I would imagine the effort inoled is pretty similar to your system, but with (hopefully) more accuracy.

We can just leave i9t up to the person that does it! It is just good to have a system written down if someone wants to help but dose not have much time!

We could and tremell and Naker sem very good at that, but I often agonise over the choices. I don't think anyon ewould object if that was done in the West - a minimum writeup, just points. It is suppoesd to all be a bit of fun not a chore.

That ratings system kind of ruins it for my patient offense but if it's easier for everyone then it doesn't matter. Although I do enjoy seeing Underwood get mvp points.

i might not do any weeks then so Underwood never features

but i enjoy it. and tafe is nearing an end this year so should have plenty of time for the write-ups. so unfortunately unless more teams figure how to shut down ross we could be in for another long season with a yank up the top

I don't want to spoil the suspense but there is a certain other high profile guard in our federation who has been talking up his chances of shutting down Underwood for the last couple of weeks. Hint a new addition to the South.

But with Underwood typically scoring 40 points but getting a 5.0 rating my system doesn't really suit him.

Thank goodness the South has the MVP of MVP writers!
