Coaches are the same for everyone, there is no point.

I mean coach like manager... like me :)

That can be some reward for someone who made the most with the weakest team :) Or someone who won everything...

And how should algorithm works? In my eyes algorithms for MVP, for all star game voting are quite strange. I'm not sure, if it wouldn't be another meaningless trophy.

MVP algorithm works perfectly! :)
And I'm very pleased with him...

When we talking about Coach of the year in some league (or Manager of the year) there is few ways to make that algorithm... One Idea can be that you make some predictions before season who team has the biggest potential, player ratings, budget, fans... and then just make algorithm to evaluate its seasonal achievements...

You can use the same algorithm as MVP but only consider rookies.

Define rookie. There are leagues with almost no human managers- There can be player trained effectively just through cups and scrimmages hitting the leagues for the first time after few such a seasons of training. There are other pretty much unpredictable cases which make such an award useless.

6th man awrds is even worse. Engine sometimes design someone as a starter but sub him even bafore the match starts (keeping the S symbol for strarter next to him as he technically is starter but he even may not enter the game at all).

Manager of the year? That one is a joke right? You cant measure that and it doesnt make sense to become a popualrity vote (as an avergae non top league manager wouldnt bother to vote).

To me "rookie" means the year when they first enter BB. Not when they play their first game, that pretty much limits it to the 18 year olds.

The other two, I think it would be difficult to decide who could get the award given the game engine.

In which way does the game engine decides the MVP? In which way game engine decides the players to join the allstar game? In which game does the game engine decides how the fans feel? In the same way the game engine will decide for the Rookie of the year

There was nothing that stated that he thought the game engine decided those things.

Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score

i think he mean, that the BB doesn't release such formulas and we have to find out itself.

Visitors during the matches play a role in this calculation, and he also should have good stats.

This is just a wild guess, but I would think it adds up player ratings in each game during the season. Like the highest rating in the all-star game/winning team gets the MVP.
