You can get an idea from that:

0 Announcer: < 5k
1 Bench warmer: < 5k
2 Role player: < 9,5k
3 6th man: 11,5-13,5k,
4 Starter: 21-24k,
5 Star: 33-40k
6 AllStar: 43-65k
7 Perennial allstar: 80-100k
8 Superstar: 125-145k
9 MVP: 195-230k
10 Hall of famer: 500k+
11 All time great: 1M+

Thanks, that helps a lot. Next question: do players train faster with higher potential? Or does everyone train the same speed until they reach their caps?

How much slower does it go after the cap is reached? Is it a fixed amount like 50%, or does the trainingeffect slowly decrease the further you get away from the cap?

I dont have the experience either, but what i can say training an Allstar potential C, the highest salary that i saw without * and same potential is 80k. That means around 2 pop ups more on the primary skills.

I think it's a 1/3 of the full training speed after the cap is hit... i'm not too sure on that one :)

Does the training slow down mid season when you reach the cap or does it slow down at the end of the season when we have a salary update?

It slows down when you reach the cap, whenever that may be during the season.

We are talking about soft cap not hard cap. Its possible one player to go higher than that but the training speed is slowing down considerably.

The asterisk indicates he was around before the potential system was in place, so he doesn't count in this case.
