I have to repeat my question:

If team don`t have league, cup or play-off/out match scheduled for any of standard match days (tuesday/thursday/sathurday) why he can`t arrange scrimmage(s) for that days?

@kozlodoev: i think that story about misterious "bug" is not important ...on the other hand, playing one game less per week is important issue...

EDIT: Is there any problem with above question? Or no one knows answer?

thank you for your answer but that is actually guess (reasonably though) but i don`t see what is so BIG problem in letting people arrange friendly games when there is opportunity?

That thread is closed and was last week's.

I don't know if there are any teams anywhere that aren't scheduled for the cup this week, but there might be a few.

I wasn't at work on Friday, when scrimmages open, and that's when I usually do the new thread.

All set now.
