Actually I know what you are saying and I am also following the guidelines. At the past, I've get many successful cases and I can gain money for over 80% of my sold players since I always give pop to these players.
Actually for this player, I've already gave him extensive training both on main skills and side skills.
But anyway, I would still keep on provide suitable training to this player.
