I was not refering to a SF or any inside defense.
I just said that for a SG I think it's a good deal to pay 10K more salary if his Rebound skill is 8 instead of 1.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

No,because you don't have great improvements thanks to higher rebounds, you pay more on salary, and your player can develop less in primary skills because rebound have an influence on potential cap

Sure it does but I wasn't speaking about potential as I wasn't speaking about a certain player...
Even if I had, the last mentioned player in this thread was Feliton OÜ's which has MVP potential so a 8 in rebounding will hardly ever cause his salary to reach his cap.

It would take 4 or so weeks to do, but I think that when people see skills on strong they tend to pay a lot more.

4 weeks for three pops in big man skills from a 6'4" guard? Unless the sublevels are already on the top of the scale I think it's pretty unlikely that the training will be even close to that fast.

rebound don't damage so much Feliton OÜ player...but in a general way is not good for SGs ;D

5 weeks?

Perhaps a better option would be to train the Rebounding up to Strong. And then when you do Jump Shot training the Inside shot will get trained up to strong by itself.

Right, SGs with good rebounding skills are absolute rubbish...

rebound is not worth the price you have to pay for having it,if you can sustain this price surely it's not bad...but a SGs don't pay Is and ID and these skils could be much more useful than rebounding, only to make an example

I am in favour of training some big man skills on some guards but any manager thinking about doing it has to be realistic about how long it is going to take to train. (and how much it might add to salary)
