What I found out is that almost every team sells out his courtside seats first! Most teams have about 100-150 courtside seats which shows to be too few. I'm at the moment expanding them from 110 to 250 and this might even still sell out very fast. So my idea is to focus on not having too few courtside seats when expanding!

comon guys, are we serious here?

all these neat figures aren't any much good. Attendance depends too much on win/loss of previous game(s). How can you seriously attempt to get somewhere with this kind of information.

It is good to add fanbase, but the fact is no one will know theirs since it is constantly changing, and it is only shown at season start what it is at that point. The rest of the season it is going up and down without us seeing it...

I you still want to do it, I'd say just stick to courtside and luxury boxes, since they are less game-dependant. We might get some usefull info from those numbers since they won't fluctuate that hard.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

of course,

but maybe from this we can learn the behavior of every sector in the crowd.
Like as Niko has noticed, court side seats sell out more than the other. I believe it's because most people tend to preserve the initial ratio as much as possible which seems to be not optimal.

What do you mean by 'fanbase'? I do not believe such a term exists in BB. It is not season ticket holders, for those are determined at the outset of a season and do not change until the next season.

This is only after one home game, and I went ahead and provided my filling rates for each individual section, rather than the arena as a whole. This data is going to fluctuate depending on ticket prices, whether the team is winning or losing, results of previous TV and Cup games, opponent's previous results and current league standing, season ticket holders, PR staff lvl, etc. I'm really not sure what you're trying to get out of this data (but I hope you've upgraded your PR guy).

right, season ticket holders
Was this by incidence fanbase the previous season? I wonder where I get that word.

I think yanivsag makes an interesting point here! It is not about how much one sells but rather it is about the percentages. It does seem that in the initial arena's of 5000 seats the sourtside seats ratio is mostly undervalued. If this research can determine the ratio's than a decent arena can be built. Of course there will always be fluctuations in spectators due to changing performances but if ratio's are applied you at least make a rational decision to maximize profits based on a solid argument.

Since you mean 'season ticket holders' you should remember the number of season ticket holders does not change during the season.
