Just as a plug, some of these guys look amazing. If any of you are planning on training them and want to discuss training plans/strategies, or just keep the US community updated on their progress, we have a whole section of the US offsite forum dedicated to team journals, and specifically training journals. There's something like 8-10 teams tracking their trainees there, with a lot of people around to help out when needed.

Check out this thread (136866.1) for info on getting an account if you don't already have one.

Also, I should say, even though this is the nt/u21 offsite forum, there's certainly no reason the players have to be of that quality to be tracked (neither of the two i'm tracking there have much of a shot).

For a change, I like all three of my guys--two as cheap bench warmers for scrimmages, but I really like my first rounder taken with the 15th pick:

Fred Hamby

Age: 18
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: respectable

Driving: average Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: average Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: awful ↑ Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious

I'll be training him in OD first and then PG skills this year. He's easily the best pick I've had in the seven or eight drafts I've picked in.

I'm with Rambo. This guy's skills are geared towards being a big. Training him to be a PG is counterproductive.

I'm all for training players out of position but in ONE season you could make this guy into a great D.4 player at PF/C
