Hey why don't you get supporter so they have more resources to fix it.

well, monday and tuesday was slow BB and inaccessible for some moments. only problems for me was B3 predictions. by the way, these 2 days many internet sites was slower than usual for me.

BB was inaccessible for some moments and slow for many people, not just me, so i dont think that just my internet provider had a problem. some other people had lags in some other games, could be my regional problem.

You said that you had lags in other pages, so its surely internet provider problem. As you said in your last sentence:"could be my regional problem.".
Talking about BB, everything works good, for now.

I don't think that we have same provider here ;) We have also faced that Serves is busy message.
If someone has local problems, he/she should not get Server is busy message.
Message should be more likely some kind of time out message.

We were talking about other pages, not BB. I understand that BB problem is nothing to do with provider.

They say:
You will not get any in-game advantages, because we feel very strongly that users who cannot afford to support the game must still be able to compete. Rather, supporter is designed to give you "additional features"... and etc....

don't you think access to BB page is additional feature? do you???
also I'm watching advertisement banners as i'm not a supporter. and don't have features you have. don't you think it's fair enough???

I just want to be able to access BB whenever I want as they say BB never sleeps! and if they say this is a supporter feature. I will never come here again!!!

I know you are trying to do things as well as you can. but sometimes we have to put some things down to do more important things.
as the beginning of this season we are constantly facing problems! it's not sounds go0d!
as you know there is not a lot of active players in Iran, and we cannot convince people to join us while we ourselves are not satisfied!

I hope this (or these) problems fixed so0n so we all enjoy more!

Access to the site is obviously not a Supporter feature, so calm down. You can see a list of Supporter features via (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/store/buysupporter.aspx).
