Looking forward as always to see if you listen to any advice that is given to you now or if you continue to go your own path =)

Seriously, this is my first season of playing BB, and I'm already sick of "Brain buster" asking the same training questions over and over again. Dude, this game is not hard (at the D5 level) if you just READ THE GAME MANUAL!!! I'm willing to bet you haven't actually read the whole thing through. And if you have, you need to read it again. Both GM-Perpete and Manon have gone out of their way to answer your questions patiently, and if I were them I'd be banging my head against the wall every time you post the same basic question in the Help Forum and go against their previous advice.

But in the spirit of helping, especially a fellow American, this thread might help you:

Right now is optimal time for you to buy a player. You should buy a few 18 year old players right now who are star or allstar potential. they shouldnt be to expensive and will have enough room to grow over the next 4 or so seasons for you to make a handsome profit and better your team tremendously. You just have to be consistent with the plan that you set forth with.

Yeah, that's what i actually wanted to do is wait an extra week and buy some players, i've seen some cheap ones out there already, but i'd rather wait, i appreciate all the advice.

My suggestion is even if players are young and with good potential, if they have a starting salary of $2,600 they are simply not worth training even in division V and this is the case with half your team.

I want to scrimmage him and smash him. Just so he understands the advice given to him is good. I have taken advice from people in this thread and have been playing for about 6 weeks and I am pretty set to win my division if I want to. I am contemplating throwing it right now. I have assembled a team that would destroy his in much less time.

I don't know if you didn't read my comments, but like i said i tried to get a better player at that position, but i couldn't. I have been listening, and the reason i got that point gaurd is to fill in for scrimmages, when i get enough money i'll get those better players, i will.

I can't get those players right now, and i don't care about winning scrimmages. I only use those for training, I'm planning on buying a couple of big men next season which will have higher salary. I hope you guys have read all my posts, because it doesn't seem like it with a couple of people.

Like i said i appreciate all the advice and help and the link to that player has already been posted, and i've already given the reason why i got him. Please don't get angry at me, especially after i told you the reason i got him, once again its to put him in scrimmages so i won't have my starters in there 100 minutes a week.

I'm planning on dumping some players any ways coming next season, so some of these players are not going to be on my team for long. Please don't keep getting angry with me.
