so my player score inside good when he turns 20 im going to be training js for forwards so his IS will be going up and then i can test the IS pg and see if its worth it
i obviously training him to be a rondo type player so great passing, od and is with a decent js but no range haha

Personally, I find this type of player useless. If it were my trainee, I'd spend the better part of the next couple of seasons getting his JR up to at least prominent before worrying about his IS.
As he currently stands, he isn't any sort of offensive weapon whatsoever. Sure, he can defend, but eventually the ball will be in his hands in a shooting situation, and the best chance he has to score right now is at the foul line.
