first: i think that the national coach and others coach of teams which have players in NT must communicate
second: the training is very important
third: i think the ex national coach and the new coach must collaborate for the team
i will make tactics for every match. i study the opposing teams. i see their last matches and i look for a good tactic. yesterday i used new tactics with my team and i think they aren't perfect but good.

I like to give general updates on the forums and if I need to talk to a specific coach I will BB mail him/her. If I am posting tactics or team lists I would use the NZ private forums if people were interested in using them with me :P

Most important part of the job is probably improving the team, the win's will come if the team keeps improving. I know we are not going to beat any of the massive teams in the next two seasons but if we all work together and improve our NT players at a faster rate then we can beat them down the track :)

i think the most important is looking for good players that can improve in a short time

Do you not care about the long term improvment of the national team?

To all candidates - If theres a tough match coming up and everyones tactics preference differs from your own, will you listen to the general concensus or go with what you think is best?

A bit of both. I think if there is a massive argument in the off site forums about what tactics to play (which I would love to happen) and it was everyone vs me I would go with what the general consensus was but if there was no general consensus and an argument between two managers I would go with what I thought was the better option, as it is my call at the end of the day but it is the NZ team so I believe all NZ managers should have a say (if they want to) on how the team is run.

If elected again I will post the squad candidates on the off site forum and start a discussion on who should be in the squad which I hope would get a few more posting on the off site forum :)
