I just bought me a nice trainee, but the bad thing is is that he's 19. He's a 6'8 small forward, he could be a combination of an outside based small forward, a power forward except for his inept inside def, or a sg. This week i'm going to play him as a sg.

I'm only going to post two of his skills, divisional reasons. But his jump shot is respectable, outside def respectable, and right now, those are the only two skills for this player that matters to me that i want improved, especially outside def. There was a senegal advertisement for their national team as well, so i suppose that means that he could probably play for their national team, if trained right, though he's a bit too tall to train as a sg, but i'll try to train him as one any way this week.

Well, i'm saving some money right now then i'll buy some 18 year olds. Eventually i'll buy a couple of more players that are at least $10k. But you have to understand, its not that i'm not taking your advice. Its just that all this will happend in the future, i'm saving money.

But with what everyone has said, i figured out how to train him now. I appreciate all of the advice, but please don't think i haven't been listening or that i won't take the advice. Because i've taken other people's advices on other things such as firing players, and ticket prices just recently.

And that sf is going to be my sg, as a back up in league games at least. And yes, i understand that i should have trained properly and that would have 15-20k salary players by now, i messed up the pass few seasons. But i have been listening.

I don't know why are you still giving this guy any advices...I remember him from few months ago and can't believe you two have the same discussion again, heh. If someone thinks he's smarter than anyone giving him advices, let him be.

@Cleveland cutters: Saving money to do that in the future? You can buy 3 18y olds with 4k salary and allstar/perennial allstar potential for under 100k (not per player, but for all three). Don't tell me you can't save that much money in two-three weeks.

Lol, sorry that you're angry. But I'm not saying about the price, its just hard trying to find "18" year olds. I had to settle for 19 year olds so far. Ha ha, sorry if it seems i'm not taking advice, but things take time. If there's an 18 year player with decent skills out at the pg spot, i'll buy allstar/perinneal allstar, i'll buy it. Whew calm down guys, taking advice takes time; believe me i've been looking, most of the players i've seen are 19.
