Beside the value of each player Experience stats.
I have the feeling that my players perform better when they are in the team for some seasons. I bought two starter this year, they did OK, but not as good as other players who are in the team for 1 or 2 seasons. Despite the fact that the new players have significantly better stats.

Funny you asked, I have always suspected there was such a thing, only based on my gut feeling and playing experience. However it has never been officially mentioned or tested by anyone as far as i know.
I like the idea of these mysterious factors and hope this is one of them.

Personally, I don't think experience makes any difference between two players with the same skills.

I asked because we had a discussion about it in our country's forum. Some of those who only use players that are purely from our country and have limited choices of changing players always would say that it seems they play better together with time.

While those who frequently change players and are in the top league would say there is no such thing as team chemistry since they are still winning always though my point would be since they are on the top league their chances of winning would be better though.

Watch any match, especially in po, and compare FG% of experienced and young players on the 4th quarter... On my first seasons, with much younger teams, always lost on close matchs.

I believe there is a hidden team chemistry factor. Just because you don't know about it doesn't mean it does not exist. There is a lot the BB's don't tell us.

And experience does matter most notably in the 4th quarter. I would have thought that was common knowledge(it mattering not the 4th quarter part).

i think there is a chemistry with every team. i had a 2 new players in my team. and i inserted them in my line up. they have great skills and exparience, yet on my first game with my 2 new players i lost. eventhough my players are far more superior than his players. i think the reason that i lost is because of no chemistry on their first game. eventhough i have a good players.

i seriously doubt a hidden team chemistry factor. I haven't seen anything like that. As for experience, it has MAJOR importance. More experienced players will always put up good numbers

I have a player which has 11 experience and most of the times he plays very well, despite not really good skills. So i think that's at least some EXP's merit
