One point could be that yesterday you just had one finals match per league and maximum 2 relegation matches.

Ergo there's less to be calculated.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

Perhaps Russia is delayed because the Russian Mafia is demanding a cut of they royalties before they allow any processing?

Or maybe the RBBL is just having a lockout?

It seems this whole thread was a little premature. Fingers crossed that the offseason processing will fix things.
