My last league (PO) game was on 18.10. I paid player salaries on 31.10. Thought I'm not going to pay it in the week where I don't play any league game..correct?

I also have the same problem. My last competitive game from previous season was on 10.18 but I still paid salaries for week 10.24-10.31 so now i have paid salaries for both playoff weeks, although I had only one playoff game. Can you help me with that?
