Mostly win win, but not always.

Pro:
1. Higher exp. is always good.
2. You can pick guys with higher exp. real cheap cuz they are generally old.

Con:
1. Cuz they are old, they can drop in skills.

But weighting the overall pros and cons, I am a huge supporter of guys with higher exp. I used to be afraid of the skill drops, but now I understand the drops are mainly negligible Anyway, I'm just picking out faults. I guess you could call it a win win

You forgot another gain:

3 no training. They play wherever you want to, you know what you have and you focus on training other guys.

I was just really pissed off guys lol I know exp makes a big difference. I guess I just wanted to show all of you how bad of a game that was, and it is bad if you think of it no matter who fouls with 0:00 on the clock when its a tie game.

You should see the Exp effects on those matches that matter the most (ie. Playoff, Rivalry, TV Matches, B3)

Higher exp. is definitely very beneficial. Look at my 38k C for instance. Tell me how many 38k Cs can deliver 14.5-15.0 ratings CONSISTENTLY.

Its because you play nearly all bot teams in your div. In ibpl it would not be same.

I don't really think ratings decrease with competition lvl. I mean, maybe it does, but only like by 0.5-1. I think ratings more depend on the skills of the player.

My gaint bigman of 112k use to give 13.5,but he just gave 11 against golden rule (country rank 1) in cup.
