I am happy i did GS training too. my 2 starters got +2 in GS this week and 4 out of 5 player of starting lineup are at proficient game shape and the other one at strong but he only lacks like 12k dmi till proficient game shape so he is in a very very high end of strong gameshape

I would suggest stamina or free throws. You'd probably be disappointed with game shape training. Good luck.

Edit: didn't see the time of posting. It's good you got 8 pops, that's lucky.

In my case I didn't train stamina and I have 7 of 11 players with proficient in GS, I've never trained GS in my whole BB career I belief is a squander away of time, IMHO is proper in this moment of the season that the manager can get some edge from the others, because whilst the other manager would train GS you can have some extra pop in the main skill.

for those out of the playoffs or any important game, there's no point training gs... and gs reset is about more than a week away. i got nothing much to play for so my players are basically eating pizza on the couch in their homes everyday, not even coming to practice

Some of those guys didn't technically pop. But I kept their minutes low last week for fear of injury. So I was just happy they didn't drop in game shape. I was worried that with <48, I needed to do something to keep everyone in top GS.

So, does GS training optimize GS, mimicking 60 mins. played regardless of actual mins., or
does it improve GS on top of normal weekly change of GS?
Thanks!

This sucks! I'm in the finals of my league and barely won at home while outworking my opponent. I had just trained Stamina (I usually train Free Throws in the All Star week - both of these trainings regularly get me lots of pops) so I decided to train Game Shape because my star was only Respectable and I needed an edge to do better in the finals.

I got NO pops and two Stamina drops.

What the heck?

I thought Team Trainings would always get you something, I thought that was the point of them? This is terrible! I could have gotten a couple pops in some other category or pumped my Stamina again.

Can anyone explain this to me?

GS pops don't show on training page. Look at your players!

You have played your "star" player (the one with the highest salary for 94 minutes last week, so I think GS training really did a great job on him keeping his shape at "respectable". When training GS you should not totally ignore the weekly minutes for your players. Like someone already mentioned before, GS gives a boost for your players after the normal update, and with 94 weekly minutes he would have normally ended up at average or mediocre.
