We suffered from the same problem last season during mid-season. So offseason or not, it just gets repeated.

I really doubt that offseaon processing is still going on. We are two games into the season and the first game of the cup is finished. So how can the offseason processing still be going on?

Agreed. I think it's been used as an excuse. LOADS of server issues occurring at the moment too.
