NT games will probably give the most experience, and obviously senior NT more than the junior U-21 NT.

Experience seems a little random to me, but I am sure there is a certain amount of minutes or games to be played. One of my trainees already started with experience at 2, while another trainee is still at 1 whilst having seen 945 minutes of league action, 70 minutes in the POs, 153 minutes in cup games and 503 minutes in scrimmages. He should pop soon I guess.
Maybe the experience gained per minute or game also depends on the league level. Just a thought.

You may be right. Maybe not league level but level of competition in comparison with the trainee's skill level. Like if his matchup is a 300k monster he may gain more experience. Also I think last quarter minutes and close games give more experience, and there is always the randomness factor. Plus their could be a hidden attribute that influences experience.

Well, I was thinking of testing players, probably rookies since they'll probably have the most accurate readings, and cause the guys with 2+seasons experience are unpredictable of where or when they'll pop in experience.......so rookies will be the best fit, it's still not too late, will probably need rookies with less than 5 games experience; comining up is the fourth game, and we'll study them season-round, then next season we'll have anther signing period, let's start now, where we can up-start a thread, Let me start it on the GLobal forums..........Studying Experience Part 1 (that'll be the name, you can help me..........

(their probably more than likely will be trainees we'll be studying)And we'll have the managers report the kid's minutes after every game and we'll calculate it.............then we'll keep up with it something like this will help;

Player 1
36 minutes in this game (playoff, cup, league, B3, scrimmage, or relegation, etc.)
