What the... I've always wanted to know if stamina has an effect on Gameshape. Would be interesting to try and find out.

I have the same problem too. But only on one player. When I bought him he had awful GS, and playing him for 48 minutes with GS training had his GS surge to 6. But I played him again for 48 minutes, and trained GS for the second week but he only popped by one :(

The only way i think stamina is taking in account for GS is when they play matches of 48 min as opposed to 25-40 min matches.
But still i'm not sure.

Gameshape is a very weird thing,my C is this season struggeling with his shape too.
I let him play the perfect minutes,and all season his shape was 7,however this week he jumpes to 9.
Last season I didnt have any problem with his gameshape almost the entire season his shape was 9.
And last season I had trouble with the gameshape with my guards,seldom above 7,and this season always 8 or 9.
I think that gameshape is also a bit random .
