When I first arrived in Div II you could safely assume the teams coming up would be easy beats. Things have changed and every team needs to be on their toes.
HA will win if he wants to. Not sure why he wouldn't. Then again Vios why are you going to tank the season? Some of what you say completely contradicts your planned strategy this season. You did say something about buying in players instead of training them works in the ABBL yet that is what you are planning.
