well the french team is doing great in the world cup so I guess it was a very good decision from their coach not to include him in the roster (but of course if he trained a lot since they I am sure he will quickly be a part of the team!)

Hey, my player there hehe

He's pretty balanced out between the 3 center skills. Couldnt play PF, but I have Octav for that.

Some weeks ago there was a player with 16 at rebounding that during the ASB rose his salary to 16k or 17k only, so I dont think one skill is enough to get the salary that high.

Damena and Raonne made clear why he isnt at NT, at the beginning of the season he was quite common, but through the last 16 weeks he got 17 pops, and his salary jumped from 12k to 37k. His stamina however is still atrocious. The reason why I didnt train stamina on him already is due to the fact that with twice the speed on training and with my player with only 18 19 yo, I wanted to pump him on harder to pop skills first and then, when he's a bit older, train him and Octav, my other huge center, on stamina and free throws.

zisvan knows all of this, but he didnt call he up all the same, what can I say? I think its a mistake, because Eddy could be getting some really important experience, and he will most certainly be very important to France when he's called up, but I'm not the French NT coach, so...

at the time I bought him he had a 2,6k wage and 70k was quite expensive back then, I had to bidwar him from 25k to 70k.

best players in the game would leave for 200k or so

I remember having set a 100k limit for him, I thought it wouldn't be worth more than that, guess my bidding opponents thought he wouldn't even be worth 70k+

and he hadn't gorgeous skills at that time either, he was mediocre at Inside Defense, Inside Shooting and Rebounding. You could probably find a pretty cheap guy with those skills at the beginning of the season, when people throw their rejected draftees into the market all at the same time and prices fall quite a lot.

You are training only one position (2-3 trainees), right?

I am pretty sure he is rotating the training on Inside Shot, Inside Defense and Rebounding.

Rotating the training is faster than training a single skill, because the level of the secondary skills affects the training.

Well, it's impossible to train rebound on only C, so eventually I train 4 or 5 trainees. But yes the focus is upon 3 players (Eddy Mathiot, 2,26, bought at the beginning of Season 3; Octav Carbunaru, 2,21, bought mid-season in season 3 and Claudião Carretel, 2,16, drafted in season 4).

And Raonne is right, I rotate between IS, ID and RB, I haven't trained the same skill 2 weeks in a row for the last 2 seasons. I've trained IS and ID alternately for 4 weeks, and RB on the 5th, because I figured that way Eddy and Octav would get a pop a week in the first 4 weeks and then with high sublevel at rebounding they would also get a pop at the 5th week. That's why both of them pop every single week. I'm unsure what the matchup against Iranildo Agreste, from Pandas would be like, considering he is better skilled in rebounding than Octav and Eddy (though they're not poorly skilled either), but I guess we'll have to wait until I get to 1st division to see how it goes.
