$650k should be possible, but you may need a bigger arena to accommodate a bigger crowd.

I'm going for the 10,000 sweet spot. even with minimum prices on lower tier, it's better to have it than have the bleachers. Very very simple math.

No it's not simple math. It's like squeezing the balloon from one side into another. You get less demand in bleachers if you move people to lower tiers. I observed others arena and I found that the total is roughly the same no matter how you squeeze the balloon.

There is no baloon my good sir, Minimum prices on lower tier are 18, maximum prices on bleachers are 20. If you manage your prices right so that you get 10K/10K attandance, No other formula will contribute better to your cause. I have the most lower tier arena in my leage, and, surprise surprise, the highest income by far. If you think no other team in league II in Israel manages their prices right, I'll find that insulting.

Very well. Now show me a DII team that you think you are better off by having more lower tiers. Please.

Btw from the manual:

if you're consistently selling out all of your bleachers, you might try expanding your arena to include more bleachers, raising the price of the bleacher tickets, or lower the price of your lower-tier seats.

Here it implies that there is an offsetting effect to the bleachers if the price of lower tier is reduced. So, yes, the balloon is definitely there. But no one has proven under which arena composition (and price) the balloon gets the biggest.

Yes. Seriously. Larger arena. If you also believe in bigger crowd means more income.

Your hard cap is 20.4k, not 22k. Because no matter how you change the prices, your arena at this size would never fill anything above 20.4k. Your hard cap moves with your arena size.

Hard cap = 19000 + 2000 * 0.5 + anything above * 0.2

I have never seen an arena that doesn't follow this.

It's perfect if anyone can prove something with math but that's not always possible. But showing hypothetical numbers is no exact proof either.
