Ok, that's nice. But I'd make him a PF so I wouldn't have to spend all those extra weeks training PA and get to focus more on other skills.

*sigh* okay we can agree to disagree. I just believe it is more advantagous to make an SF out of a 6'7" guy with P. all star potential.

I would choose to make a pf from him.

8 7
8 11
11 7
13 13
13 10

That is within his cap range. He has some space left probably.

I would start training 1-1 on guards till Hd and Dr are both at 11. Than train passing en OD up and maybe his JS needs a little bit of training than.
His guards skills should in my view be finished within 2 seasons. Than you can start training him inside which probably needs 3 seasons. So at the end of 22. He has over 100 skill points a salary around 50k and you have a nice all-round pf.

SF in my view needs more training of OD, JS, JR and Pa. But I find it very difficult to tell you how your sf should look a like, because in my view in BB is de SF the glue guy. Hardly ever the star.

First season: Train OD for first season single position
second: train passing
Start moulding him into the type of SF you want now (Outside, Balanced, Inside)

I would say an inside oriented SF or a PF with a good outside game (kinda like Pau Gasol.) I prefer the latter. That's what I trained my PF as.
