That leads to the question; is there any difference between the levels of trainers? For example, would Ybarra who just dropped be a high level 9 trainer as opposed to some other level 9 trainer who's been level 9 the whole time or is level 9 just level 9 for all of them.

No difference. There are no sub levels within staff levels.

Ok, I thought there where sub levels. Anyway he is still higher in the sence that it will probably take longer for him to drop to lvl 8.

i dont know how he lost his motivation in the process,

I tried to find the text about the levels in the rules again, but for some reason I didn't. I think it used to say that all staff members within the same level was equally goo when hiring them, but I don't think the comparison was in regards to already recruited staff. Now I cannot find that in the rules, but according to what I remeber it could still be sub levels, only that at the time of hiring all staff are within the same sub level.

Can anyone find that section in the rules? (I guess I'm blind)

Wouldn't you loose motivation if you had to work for so many teams? Ok, he is earning a lot, but he can't really have any time to sleep or have a pint or two. ;)

I feel like I read it in the rules, or on the staff page, or something like that before, but it could of course have been a BB conference post..., it would be interesting to find the source...
