Thanks! One more question about training: I know for game shape I need to get about 60-70 minutes to pop, or even avoid losing a point of GS. Do you also get optimal training for hitting that level of minutes? I know you need 48+, but is training effectiveness also improved if you hit the "sweet spot" of around 65 minutes? (And yes, I know that number can vary depending on stamina and age.)
