Well the possibility of bulding such a Player was not part of the question.

I guess my interpretation was a build that was possible, otherwise this would be my guy:

20/20
20/20
20/20
20/20
20/20

As for your build, I still think the height problem factor would be too much to overcome even with 7.99 in many skills to start. To get 12 SBing pops on a 7' player takes long enough, but since your player would have to be in the 6'7"-6'8" range in my opinion to get the guard skills to what you suggested, it would take three times longer. If you ever find a player that's suitable I encourage you to go for it though, because he would be a beast!

Not 12 (sensational). I'm talking about 12 pops to get up to 20 SBing like he was suggesting. That is also assuming that the trainee does start out with 7.99 in SBing. 6'10" is still very tall and would not work with the JR and OD training, even if he could get up to 20 SBing.

Thanks Steve, that looks like a nice build and if a could get somewhere near there with my trainee I will be very happy!

I dismissed RB. OD, HA, PA, ID and SB got more training and are higher now. RB got still training through SB but I didn't train it as a stand alone skill.

How far did you end up dropping on RB? The one thing I've always had a hard time contemplating was allowing RB to be too low, since offensive rebounds lead to put back attempts and no matter how good a player's defense is, you're more likely to give up points (or a foul) if your opponent gets an offensive board than you would be if you got the rebound. But I haven't built SB guys yet either, so my whole mode of prevention of easy shots by flooding all positions with OD was vulnerable to offensive rebounds.

I agree with the idea that a perfect Power Forward doesn't exist, depends on your team composition and on what you want.
I can tell you what would be standart/balanced PF for a MVP player:

131 SP:
13 10
13 13
15 10

17 16
14 10

You could have more TSP with a HoF...
