The NBA rules counteract stockpiling TO. In fact, most TO are mandatory timeouts taken earlier in the quarter. Much of the management is the visiting coach deciding whether to take an early timeout to try to stop a 12-0 run, or to wait for the mandatory time out.

i dont know if its my coach or the GE,

my game right now and im down 11 points afte rthe 3rd quarter and whats getting me upset is.

the opponents had runs like eight or 10 points and i get to shoot 2 or 4 points then his on a rampage again.

though his strategy is working for him isnt it right to maybe call a timeout because before the 4th begins and i still have 5 timeouts left.

and i dont think ill win this one,

oh and to add this, i just made a 5 point run and my opponent calls timeout already!

talk about knowing when to try to quench the fire.

Looks like you had a decent 4th quarter and made up for it.

Coach must have really pumped up your players at the 3rd quarter break :P

luckily was ablr to pull through but it was still close

free throws . . . i think i got to work on em now. since we cant find a good coach around :D
